Wake Plan Slay - Free Printable

Hi planner friends! Happy New Year!
As you know, January 1st is usually the day we all start to make fabulous plans and wonderful goals. We feel refreshed and are full of hope and excitement. Then by the time January 15th comes around the majority of those goals are out the window. Why?! Why does this happen? I don't know about you but I'm getting to a point in my life where I'm just kind of tired of this and am SERIOUS about making changes. I'm making it my mission this year to ACTUALLY COMPLETE MY GOALS and I want to help YOU do the same. I want us all to have the most AMAZING year ever. I want us all to feel so accomplished by the end of 2018 that we not only pat ourselves on the back but also jump for joy and virtually high five each other!
So, I've created a free printable for you that has a Mental Health Check box, Weekly Gratitude section, Inspirational Quote section, and more. I chose those items for the first printable because if we're not in the right frame of mind every day, we won't be able to accomplish our goals. I suffer from anxiety and depression and I personally know how hard it is to accomplish goals when you feel like you're in a dark space in your head. Fortunately there are steps we can take that will help with this and I've added them to the printable. :)
